"We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Bon Azur or the area, but were pleasantly surprised by both. The property is well maintained, with excellent beach views (and access). You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up. Highly recommended!"

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. "We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service."

"Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you! The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you. We also dined at Amari by Chef Vineet Bhatia and this was also really great and so worth the visit! The beach was absolutely beautiful too, white sandy beach with lots of loungers. However the swimming pool would have been great with more loungers. We were celebrating our pearl anniversary and they gave us a few different treats that made it all feel very special. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel! Thank you to everyone at the Lux Belle Mare!"
