"The are no elevators and lots and lots of very steep steps. There isn’t even a dumb-waiter for luggage. The is also no bell service. When I ask if I could get help the guy said “nawh, we don’t do that.” There is no hair dryer. The carpet next to the baseboards is filthy. Your room features a flimsy key lock and dead bolt. It doesn’t feel “historic” more like sketchy. The body wash smelled nice. "

"We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel in the Troy area. Tru Hilton proved to be a great, comfortable and clean place to stay. Parking was easy and felt safe. There was a decent outside pet area and it’s right off of I-75 so easy to get to. The fitness area and pool were clean and easy to access. We would stay there again based on our 3-day experience. "
