"The hotels great. Our flight arrived at 8:15 AM so I had called the hotel a few days earlier to see about early check-in. I was told it an amount but by noon there wouldn’t be any charge. When I got to the desk, however, I was told the fee was twice what I was told on the phone. and that applied all the way up until 3 o’clock. I was disappointed that I didn’t get accurate information when I initially called. I would have made alternative plans."

"Garbage. Booked through hotels.com website. 45 seconds later i realized it was for the wrong night and wanted to change it to the next night. The reservation became unavailable, chat did not work. Hotels.com said “unable to retrieve reservation” when logging in. The hotel itself would not help over the phone. I was stuck with a bill for a room that i immediately made clear that i could not use. "
