"I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"

"Location next to the coffee roaster in town is excellent. Port fairy was a great location to stop. Rebecca’s was a cute little coffee and biscuit shop. Florentine’s were amazing. We did dinner at fish and chips shop at the wharf. Good but take it to go. Park at the end of the point is a must visit."

"Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend."

The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a special place to stay.
