A really nice facility reusing an old house. Green areas, pool, tennis courts. Nicely done. The breakfast was really good with a good variety of items to enjoy.

“We were moved from one room to another because the A/C in the first room was leaking a lot of water. In the second room, the window wasn’t closing properly, so they had to take a window from another room in the middle of the night to fix it. The pool was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told me she could authorize and because an interphone was debited, and the lady at the lobby didn't know the exact reason for that absurd rule and made a phone call to ask. No really a good explanation was given, taking in count I could go to the supermarket to get me an icecream with me to my room

Hotel tem bons quartos, porem falta manutenção. Achei o banheiro um pouco velho, as toalhas tinha cheiro forte. O café da manha foi bem fraco, não havia ovos inclusos no menu, apenas queijo, presunto e pão. Os paes e bolos estavam secos e duros. Pelo valor de 80USD a diaria achei ruim

El hotel adoptó un gato como mascota y me encanta. Es muy cariñoso y atento al punto que me estaba esperando cuando salí de la habitación y me guió hasta el mesón. También fui testigo de cómo echaba fuera a un perro callejero que había entrado al hotel. Los felicito por tener tan excelente empleado.

Descuidado

El hotel tiene muy buena infraestructura, pero una pena que la misma esté sin mantenimiento, entiendo que es un hotel de muy buen precio y que en su época puede haber sido fantástico pero hoy ya no lo es, las habitaciones son malas, paredes despintadas, toallas sucias, desayuno decente, cama bien, la caja fuerte de la habitación 209 estaba cerrada y no la pude usar. Entiendo los problemas que padece Argentina, pero el hotel estaba con muchos huéspedes que de seguro se merecían un mayor confort y que con darle un poco de cariño se puede levantar mucho. De noche quisimos ir al restaurante pero el olor a frito que salía de la cocina nos espantó y fuimos a comer a Escobar donde la oferta no es la mejor.

Precisa de reforma urgentemente. As fotos não mostram o estado de conservação e pena que esqueci de bater fotos do banheiro. Era totalmente diferente das fotos. As toalhas de banho e roupa de cama estavam sujas e manchadas.

Lamentavelmente um dos piores hotéis que já fui em termos de conservação. Precisa de reforma urgentemente. As fotos não mostram o estado de conservação e pena que esqueci de bater fotos do banheiro. Era totalmente diferente das fotos. As toalhas de banho e roupa de cama estavam sujas e manchadas. Um horror.

Muy recomendable!

El circuito hidrico estuvo barbaro (incluido con el precio de la hab) el desayuno completo, el personal muy amable.Con muchas zonas para disfrutar al aire libre y dentro del hotel. Los masajes estan entre 3500/4500$ Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y pagamos algo de 2000$ cada una. Espero volver pronto!

Agua caliente

Al volver a la habitación a las 20 hs, nos encontramos con que no había agua caliente para bañarse. Y como vinimos con el pelo mojado de la pileta del spa, estuvimos con frío hasta las 22.30 hs en que volvió el agua caliente, teniendo que salir a cenas después de las 23 hs. El spa bien, la atención muy amable. Las posibilidades deportivas como tenis, ping pong, bien, falta mantenimiento en general.

Excelente hotel

Excelente hotel la atencion muy amable y la limpieza todo correcto. Se come bien en el restaurante. Tiene un parque hermoso y una pileta climatizada excelente. Quizas lo unico (para mi minimo) al estar al lado de la autopista se siente desde el parque el ruido de automotores a velocidad, pero no incide en nada dado que las habitaciones son silenciosas por completo. Volveria, sin lugar a dudas.

Al principio costo que encontraran la reserva pero despues de unos minutos la situacion fue mejorando. El hotel esta en condiciones. Los juegos para chicos wxcelente. La pileta del spa recomendaria que tambien este posterior a las 5 de la tarde sobre todo porque siwndo diciembre y todavia con 10 grados. La pileta exterior y sillas falta limpieza.

Agradable pero mejor con agua caliente

Lindo hotel y parque, cama cómoda, desayuno completo. Dos puntos negativos: me quede con agua fría a las 07:00AM sin explicaciones reales y el personal del spa agrediendo mi hija por haberse llevado una toalla sin pedir. Existe diferentes maneras de acercarse a los clientes esta era la mala.
