Initially gave me a room that was occupied and although I asked twice for my bags, they were not delivered and when they finally were, they were left outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom are very very slippery so always put down a towel on the floor so you don’t break your neck!"

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."

"Rooms were very clean and spacious.. hotel was well located meters from Petra visitors center..breakfast was delicious..very friendly staff..high tech hotel.. air conditioning worked perfect…100% cotton sheets..comfortable mattress.. lots of restaurants and shopping stores around..!
