"Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"

"Got a fabulous night's sleep, would have liked a desk, chair, sitting on bed to do some things in daily life is a bit frustrating, even if a pull out attachment to the wall, small facility downstairs, for snacks but I'm not a cashless fan so, I went out to spread the cash outdoors, overall fantastic location, service, friendliness, perfect, great stay thank you! "We've stayed before, the hotel overall is extremely good and staff in all areas and departments are polite and very helpful. The hotel is quite busy remains quiet and relaxing. If there is a downside, the bathrooms are tired and need upgrading. We always have an exec room. They have been modernised and upgraded, with the exception of carpets. But the bathrooms have not. Our extractor fan didn't work at all. "
