"I was incredibly impressed with my experience at White Oaks Resort and Spa. Starting with the staff, they were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. "Amazing stay super clean & staff were amazing. Our room was one of newly renovated ones & apparently missing some amenities (hairdryer, mini fridge). The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed when I called in a panic at 6:30 am. Great place to stay."

"Very friendly staff at check in, clean room, amenities were nice and well kept, good on site affordable breakfast options, lots nearby, close enough to Clifton Hill fun, 15ish minute walk to the falls but very doable. Easy check out process. On site parking is expensive, but they offer cheaper options off-site. Very basic stay. Good for one night. Nice view of the fireworks from the 9th floor riverside."

"The property is wonderful! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The most amazing feature was the view from our room. We booked a Superior King and were delighted to find a loveseat situated in front of the huge wall of windows overlooking the falls. I initially wondered if I would regret spending so much on a room, but it was worth every penny. We actually spent the evening in, ordered room service, watched the Carolina Hurricanes game in the Stanley Cup finals all while enjoying the view...

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Great little hotel, fairly central about a 10 min walk to Clifton hill , staff helpful and breakfast is good note it gets packed by 8am. One thing is you have to buy water or become a member of their rewards plan which is ok . Highly recommend great value"
