"If you are coming for us visa appointment, this is the best option, since the buildings are connected to each other and luggage holding facilities. Best staff as well."
" View was terrible and access to rooms outside was not cleared of snow. The entrance to our room was full of snow and ice. Parking lot was terrible not cleared of snow. There wasn’t enough parking spaces. We had no where to park on the second night. When someone parked in front of our drive up spot, the hotel manager wouldn’t ask them to move their car. We had to park way around the other side of the building in a no parking zone as per the hotel suggestion.
Then we had to move the car by 7:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep in as a result of the parking situation.
The first night we got lost twice trying to find our room. It’s complicated and you need a map. The food was great but that was it. I won’t stay here again ."
"Great location for walking about. Room was good with a very comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Out room was quiet even with it facing the street. "
