"This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. "This is the second time that I have stayed at the Dragon Inn. Generally it has been good. The only dissapointing thing for me is that breakfast does not start until 8am, which for a work trip is getting a little too late. Also, the cooked breakfast is now an optional extra, whereas in 2024 it was included. The entrance to the car park is dreadful."
