"The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean."

"Room was updated and very clean. My 7 year old kept saying how good it was. With that said, the hotel is old, and might appear sketchy to some from the outside. I gave it a chance, being that it was 3-4x cheaper than things available in College Station and we literally only needed a place to sleep for 8 hours. "Pros. Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. AC worked great! Lobby was comfortable for sitting and visiting. Cons. Wishing we could have had a later check out time due to having a toddler and no where to go for a few hours. They were calling us at 10 to remind us checkout is at 11am."
