This was an excellent, budget friendly hotel with easy access to the abbey. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. One thing to note, when traveling in the off season you must check in and out at a different hotel down the street and a code is required at the gate to the town.

Comfortable budget stay

The hotel is in a great spot for visiting Mont St Michel. The system for getting in the car park is a bit complicated. Because I arrived after 19:00, there were no staff around and check-in is a machine outside. Be warned. Apart from that, the room was small but comfortable.

The room has a newly installed bathtub, not only shower. It helped me relaxing after long trip and walking up and down Mont Saint-Michel. Location is also very ideal. Very close to Mont Saint-Michel with frequent free trolley 🚎 access.

The beds were comfortable. That's the only positive thing I can say. We did not receive the access code to get into the area of the hotel. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. The information we were given was incorrect and made it harder to check in, when it could have been simple. The room was very basic - no amenities. The staff person we spoke with in the morning had no idea what was going on. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here.

The place is good. And there is a shuttle to the abbey. But don't forget to get your access code. If you come late by car you won't be able to get in without a code. I got someone on the phone after 5 tries, but you shouldn't take that risk.

The hotel is good, it is close to the bus/shuttle stop for Mont Saint Michel, but the reception is closed at lunch time, between 12 and 2 pm, right at the time I arrived and I had to wait for it to open to leave my baggage. I don't consider it suitable for a hotel in a tourist location. Furthermore, the city appears to have no street lighting at night. Be prepared with flashlights.

Wonderful stay with English speaking staff. Stayed in the junior suite, very nice room. Restaurant on the premise out and indoor seating- oysters were as good as the danish ones😊

Good for just a overnight stay

Ok for a overnight stay. Would stay somewhere nicer if longer than 1 night. There was leaves on the carpet in my room, it obviously hasn’t been vacuumed for awhile. No aircon, no fridge. Staff is nice and friendly though, location is very good.

The hotel is small, maybe the building is aged. But it is clean, comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable about Mont St Michel and even tell us the time of sunrise the tide schedule. The shuttle stop to St Mont Michel is a block away. Driving to the hotel is little complex. You need to go through the St. Mont Michel visitor parting. Make sure you have your GPS ready and follow the instruction.

The hotel is quite basic but a great location for Mont St Michel as you can take the free shuttle or just walk there - perfect also if you want to take some photos of the island at different times of day. Parking outside the hotel is easy. The room had all the basic facilities you might want but it was incredibly noisy - not from other ppl’s rooms but every time anyone was in the stairwell or the corridor I heard everything at full volume. Garden room - technically yes if you call a window looking at some uncut grass and weeds a garden room.

The hotel is the n walking distance of the Saint Mont Michel & Restaurants. However our stay was soured by an attack of bed bugs. After reporting it, calling many times & being told the manager would call me back. I have not received any communication to confirm and ensure no one uses the room we stayed it. Very disappointed !! - The aftermath of the bedbugs has ruined the rest of our holiday healing sores from the blistering. Dis-satisfied Customer
