The room is clean and spacious. It has great view of the ocean bay. Staffs are friendly. Hotel has no elevator and the stone stairs are steep. Small luggage is recommended. Breakfast is sufficient but not very tasty. We had a wonderful experience.

Mont St. Michel is an amazing location and this hotel is in the heart of it. The breakfast included eggs, crepes, whole grain and dessert breads and a variety of beverages. Given the site, the hotel has an older, quaint charm.

Room was clean and more comfortable than I was imagining. You need to know that you ARE staying in a bit of a tourist trap area so you are paying for location mostly. It was worth it for us to be able to stay on the island overnight and get the full sunrise and sunset experiences

Amazing location of course! Should have packed a lighter bag for the 2 nights as we had to haul our 2 roller bags up several flights. Otherwise wonderful experience and superior service!

Our room was up several flights of stairs probably 70-80 in all but thats to be expected on the island. Breakfast was outstanding, the bathroom attached to the room was excellent and had a separate shower and tub. Bed was comfortable and you get two pillows per person (which we have found is rare for Western Europe).

A spectacular stay.

My expectations were for an old hotel in a beautiful setting. But the room was new and gorgeous with every modern accessory. The view from the three large windozs was stunning, and the bedding materials were very high quality. I will definitely return.

Le Mont Saint Michel is beautiful with great history. Our room was clean and well sized, but directions for parking, room location and provided breakfast were very unclear. Clearer instructions would have been appreciated.

Spending two nights on Mount Saint Michelle is a wonderful experience. Once the crowds of the day have disappeared it is nice to still walk the cobble streets and enjoy the atmosphere of this place. The hotel is classy and a good place to stay. There is some confusion about where to register for your Knights accommodation and where to have breakfast, but we finally worked that out.

This hotel is located at the entrance so it’s very convenient. There are a significant amount of stairs so be prepared for that. The rooms are cute, beds are somewhat comfortable and the tv worked! Only real downfall was the restroom-it smelled terrible and I’m sure it was due to the very old plumbing but the smell was pretty awful. I hope it was just my room. Mont St Michel is amazing though and I had a wonderful time.

Very pleasant stay! The hotel is actually three separate buildings, so you don't automatically get a room in the initial hotel above the famous restaurant. Only critique I would have is that we weren't given the hotel's six digit reservation code so we weren't able to enter the closest parking lot and had a long walk to the shuttle bus; but that may be Expedia's fault, not the hotel's, can't say for sure. All in all, a lifetime experience, we loved it!
