Très belle résidence mais mauvaise literie

La résidence est très belle, propre , les appartement spacieux et très bien équipés. Commerces proches, parking couvert, belles prestations, beau spa quoique difficile d'avoir une réservation si la résidence est complète, petite piscine . Par contre très mauvaise qualité de literie, matelas trop fins, légers et inadaptés. ette résidence vaudrait un 5 sur 5 sans cet aspect négatif mais tellement important.

Excellent séjour dans l’ensemble, résidence récente en très bon état, appartement spacieux et agréable. Le personnel est à l’écoute et la propreté irréprochable. Seul bémol : à l’arrivée, le logement n’était pas prêt, sûrement un manque de personnel qui donne l’impression qu’ils sont débordés… mais ensuite, nickel. Autre point : la communication sur les services de la résidence n’est pas suffisante, on doit chercher les informations.

un peu déçue

Arrivée tardive sans problème. Appartement très joli et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu 'il faut. Par contre, le petit déjeuner proposer sur place n'est pas de qualité, le café est très mauvais, il n'y avait plus certains produits comme du jus de fruit, du beurre... et personne n'est venu vérifier ou en remettre.

Les infrastructures sont incroyables et neuves. Par contre, le service est horrible. Le staff de house keeping est très frustré et très transparent. Il se plaignent entre eux et aussi à nous. Le front desk est partiellement acceptable.
