"One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room.
