"I think the only thing that was lacking was dietary options in the breakfast. Gluten allergies are very hard on the body. Having some gluten-free options that are clearly marked and individually wrapped, give accessibility options. They could be made available upon request if some items require refrigeration or freezing."

"Our stay was pleasant. Our room was cleaned. The bed was comfortable. They always make sure we had clean towels. I will tell you the hair dryer was very sticky and head all kinds of black hair on it. I did wipe it down with a baby, wipe I had with us. To the amenities we aren’t we weren’t happy with were the food was not even subpar and the swimming pool we were able to use it one day but the last day we were there it was closed and there was no reason given so that was a disappointment. "I used this for an overnight stay near Cleveland airport. It's an interesting building - former offices for NASA projects. Staff were eager to share its history, and it's registered as a historical building. The building is sparsely decorated, reflecting its history. It was fun to learn about its past role."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful all around. Enjoyed the pillows and the beds and the location was where we needed to be to visit friends of the family. Busy busy hotel with a bit too many people, children and dogs but the staff were plentiful and made the experience ok in spite of the chaos."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. They ran out of towels which was unfortunate. Upon arrival, one of the beds had hair all over the bedspread and the floor was not very clean. There were cobwebs on the lights and the water pressure was limited."
