"Great location, nice restaurant/bar. The room could have used a little more thoughtfulness in design/layout. We got two queens based on availability but slept in one bed, and the one nightstand between the beds was not ideal. There was also a strange empty space where more furniture should have been— maybe a sofa or desk."

"Although Dax Cabins are a work in progress, we had a great stay. We arrived early and the owner/manager was very accomodating, getting us into our room. Our party of four were in a deluxe cabin with two queen beds. The room was small but adequate. It was updated and very clean. The bathroom was tiny but beautifully remodelled. The location is great - especially if headed to the Wild Center. Overall very pleased with our stay."

"The inn is in a convenient location. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast offerings were plentiful, including fresh waffles, but no eggs. Specious room comfortable beds. One negative is the lack of an elevator. This was our second stay at this hotel and we'd stay there again."

"The motel was very clean, nicely located & staff was very friendly, efficient, responsive & professional. Would like to have a couple more towel bars in the bathroom & a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tupper Lake area."
