"I had a great stay at Siesta Suites in Kelowna. The location was excellent, with Gyro Beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and having a full kitchen made the stay even more convenient."

"I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again."

"My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful"

"This property was very welcoming when I arrived. The host went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I needed to head out the next morning very early and he got up two hours earlier than usual to accommodate providing me with a coffee and a bagel and banana for the road. I didn’t ask him to do this, but he offered it and insisted. I found the bed was great for sleeping with super nice pillows. A very soothing atmosphere in the front lobby when I first arrived was nice. I would...

When I asked if they had any problems with the people in the neighborhood, her response was ‘we are not responsible for your car, just park out front’. It is fair to tell patrons that there is a homeless shelter next door before they can’t get out of their booking…"
