"There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given."

"I had a wonderful stay during my Saratoga trip. I loved that the venue where I was seeing my favorite band was right down the road. It was very convenient. My only complaint is the bed and pillows need to be updated for better sleeping comfort. And on a leaving note the continental breakfast spread was delicious!"
