"Our second stay here, great value for money and easy to access. My only complaint this trip is that the outside hallway lights coming into the room were horrendous, so bright with no curtain on the kitchen window making the room super bright at night time. I'd definatley reccomend the property adding blackout curtains to the kitchen window."

"Very busy carpark but there is also underground gated parking available with key access. Busy restaurant and bar, reception staff friendly and helpful. It's an older property that is not flash or fancy but has been well maintained with some refurbishments. The room was a good size and very comfortable and clean with a nice couch and decent size TV. Very comfy bed. Great value for money."

"We were pleasantly surprised. The price was great, especially for a Saturday night. The room had everything you needed, especially the kitchen facilities. Not a kitchen itself, but had a kettle, toaster, utensils, microwave and ur standard tea and coffee facilities. Along with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a dust pan! The room is small, but not cramped, still plenty of room to put your suitcase out and relax. We would definitely stay here again."

"The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. And if you have been to Perth, you know that it can be hot in early March. And it was. The check-in was a disaster. The front desk is open only from 10 am to 2 pm, and the phone number they have listed is outdated. You would only know the right number to call if you went to the front desk and read the notice posted on the...

"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "
