"This is a chariming small hotel in an excellent lcoation in Valetta. The street where it is lcoated was under construction which made access a little challenging but we managed just fine. "The fire escape route from room 501 takes you into a spiral stone staircase which is very narrow, dark in places and blocked near the bottom by bags of rubbish. This was reported to the hotel Guest Relations on the day of arrival but when checked the next few days, nothing had changed. This is a death trap for anybody who uses this fire escape route as per the instructions in the room folder and the fire escape plan in the room and corridor outside the room. "The hotel was nice and in a good location to walk to town. The front desk never had change, which is weird because they have to charge an “eco” tax so you’d think they’d have coins.
