"Fort det første så har ikke dette hotellet egen resepsjon, du må dra til ett annet hotell for å sjekke inn som er 500m nedi gata. Dette står når du bestiller, men jeg fikk ikke det med meg. Det er en god del sort mugg på badet, blandebatteriet i dusjen var ødelagt noe som medførte kok dusj hver morgen. Heisen stoppet nesten hver gang jeg brukte den, noe som ikke føles så veldig trygt. Selve rommet var rent og ok plassering. Sengen var veldig hard, men tror det er ganske vanlig på Malta....

"Expedia booked on my behalf 4 intestate Cerviola x dble bedroom with city view. I got there no rooms available and after a lot of arguing they sent me to a boutique belonging to them. Was not up to scratch actually not even anywhere there. I did not feel safe, hearing people screaming and shouting. So at 4.30am went back to Cerviola where I sat on an armchair till 7am x I went out as I did not go on holiday, but for a funeral. Got back at 3 and I was told I have a room. Not city view but...

For those who want something more interesting the Bormla/Cospicua neighborhood has a real ‚you are there vibe‘. "A great fresh breakfast selection with dairy and protein selections were available each morning on the property. Staff made tasty omelets if desired. Tony the owner gave us a warm welcome and a wonderful explanation of the area. Upstairs there's a terrace with a wonderful view, a table to play games that are provided. "We appreciated that we were able to check in early and that the place was clean and very handy for the airport. Only issue was that the shower tended to leak onto the floor, which was not ideal given that is it a shared bathroom."

"I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. "We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. Location wise, although the hotel is on a busy pedestrian street we did not have any noise issues. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop, the views are...
