"While the hotel itself is nice, it’s lacking features are available activities for off season. There was little to no evening entertainment, there was evening entertainment for only 2 nights out of the 7. Also, indoor pools should be heated! Especially in off season. Asked two members of staff as to why it’s cold and if we could get it warm but they replied with “I don’t know.” Both indoor and outdoor pools were freezing!! Some members of staff are alright whereas some have a stroppy face...

"Great hotel and food staff very helpful nice and clean room food all the time in restaurant, near the beach in lounge drinks and cakes. I eat gluten free food they help very well specially Mr Oguthan, Cheff of kitchen and Hashim they gave me special care about my gluten free food i came back home very happy "

"Het hotel voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Qua prijs kwaliteit echt top! Hotel is vorig jaar volledig gerenoveerd waardoor het voelde als een splinternieuw hotel. Fijne ruime kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel (receptie, restaurant, keuken, bar, entertainment). Alles was erg schoon. Het eten was erg goed en afwisselend en alles was ook heerlijk op smaak. Echt met zorg bereid door een verzorgd keukenteam. De cocktails en het ijs all inclusive waren ook lekker. Het hotel zat niet vol waardoor...

"I went away with 15 people, and of the 15, 11 got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. It wasnt only our party that got ill, a lot of the guests did. The music was very loud round the pool, and the smell of sewage as well."
