Aydinbey Gold Dreams resort is an ideal place for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. One of the outstanding features of the resort is its proximity to the beach. The food at the resort was another highlight. The buffet offered an impressive selection of food, fruits and meats to suit all tastes and dietary needs (definitely better than resorts we have stayed at in the past). I highly recommend making sure to visit the resort's SPA. The hammam and massage services were simply divine. The professional staff made us feel pampered and rejuvenated, and the tranquil atmosphere of the spa provided the perfect break from the daily routine. The resort also offers a wide range of activities and entertainment, so you'll never get bored.

Aydinbey Gold Dreams in no way appear to be of the same standard as other 5 * hotels in the area. The staff seem overwhelmed by the number of guests and consequently the service is unfriendly and slow. We had a four-night stay and as far as we could tell our room was never cleaned in that time. Decent-sized room but the impression was dirty and worn. The lack of hygiene was also apparent in the restaurant where finding a clean plate became challenge of the day.

Disappointed holiday

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel was overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities. The activities provided were insufficient and failed to entertain. Most of the staff were unprofessional, with only a few exceptions. The drinks served were of poor quality, and the snacks were inadequate. Moreover, the food was bland and lacked variety, which was disappointing. There were also not enough air conditioners, making the lobby and snack bar uncomfortably hot. Overall, my stay was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Meget skuffende oplevelse bestemt ikke 5-stjernet standard Vi havde desværre en meget skuffende oplevelse på dette 5-stjernede hotel. Rengøringen var forfærdelig og levede på ingen måde op til den standard, man forventer af et 5-stjernet hotel. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på problemerne, og de noterede vores klage. Da der stadig ikke skete noget, kontaktede vi også lederen og forklarede situationen. Lederen lyttede til os, men desværre blev der heller ikke gjort noget efterfølgende, og der var ingen ændring. Det er meget frustrerende som gæst at gøre opmærksom på et problem flere gange og opleve, at der ikke bliver fulgt op på det. Når man betaler for et 5-stjernet hotel, forventer man høj standard, ordentlig rengøring og ikke mindst, at personalet reagerer, når gæsterne klager. Det oplevede vi desværre ikke. Vi er meget skuffede over både rengøringen og den manglende opfølgning. Efter vores oplevelse lever hotellet ikke op til den 5-stjernede standard.

Wir waren im August 2026 für 11 Tage da. Also das Hotel ist im Ganzen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alles ist sehr trist und leblos. Der einzige freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter war Tolga an der Rezeption. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Wir waren zu viert in einem Zimmer und mit den ganzen Koffern im Zimmer konnte man sich überhaupt nicht richtig bewegen. Das Essen ist ok aber nicht viel Abwechslung. Aber was echt unmöglich ist für ein All inklusiv Ultra Hotel ist, dass halbe Stunde vor Ende des Essens nix mehr aufgefüllt wird! Generell werden viele Sachen nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Das bedeutet wenn man nicht direkt zu Beginn ans Buffet geht ist vieles nicht mehr da. Und 10 Minuten vor dem regulären Ende wird schon angefangen das Buffet abzuräumen. Ein absolutes no Go. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel sondern höchstens 3 Sterne. Abends saßen wir in der Lobby und haben gespielt. Da kommt ein Mitarbeiter und schaltet einfach die Lichter und die Klima aus ohne ein Wort zusagen. Erst nach dem wir uns am dritten Abend beschwert haben, würde eine Klima und etwas Licht angelassen. Ein unmögliches Verhalten. Fazit von uns nie wieder!

Preis-Leistung okay, aber keine 5 Sterne Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dieses Hotel eher 3 als 5 Sternen. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Wegeführung im Hotel. Jedes Mal, wenn man zum Pool oder zurück zum Zimmer möchte, muss man direkt durch den Restaurantbereich laufen. Einen anderen Weg gibt es leider nicht. Das ist besonders zu den Essenszeiten sehr unangenehm und wirkt insgesamt schlecht geplant. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist der fehlende Getränkeservice beim Essen. In einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man, dass Getränke an den Tisch gebracht werden. Hier muss man sich jedes Getränk selbst holen. Das ist zwar kein großes Problem, entspricht aber meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Es gibt nur wenige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder, sodass ihnen schnell langweilig werden kann. Die gesamte Anlage ist eher klein und bietet insgesamt nicht viele Freizeitangebote. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist das Essen. Die Auswahl ist gut, die Speisen schmecken und insgesamt waren wir mit der Qualität des Essens sehr zufrieden. Daran gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts auszusetzen. Positiv ist außerdem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den Preis, den man hier bezahlt, ist das Hotel grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Trotzdem reichen Service, Ausstattung und das Gesamtkonzept meiner Meinung nach nicht aus, um ein echtes 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sein.

Genel olarak temiz bakımlı ve eğlenceli bı otel. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten iyiler siz demeden bile temizliyorlar odayı, tabi ansızın siz odadayken girmeleri çok hoş değil ama onuda nazarlık olarak görüyorum. Genel itibarıyla yemekle güzel yanlız tatlılar çok vasat ve hep tekrar eden şeyler vardı gelişmesi lazım yemekler güzeldi.

Fiyat performans açısından memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle oda temizliğiyle ilgilenen Gülcan Hanım’ın titizliği ve emeği gerçekten takdire değerdi; odalar oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Ayrıca otopark konusunda yardımcı olan ismini hatırlayamadığım bayan güvenlik personeline de ilgisi ve yardımları için teşekkür ederiz. Bayram yoğunluğundan dolayı olduğunu düşündüğümüz yemek saatlerinde zaman zaman kuyruk oluşuyordu. Bunun dışında genel olarak güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık
