"Room was a bit run down, dated furniture, clock and phone were not working or missing parts…. Bed quilt very stained, room smell was not pleasant…. "

"Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. It is totally under construction and we allegedly got a room that was finished but the patio door did not fully close or lock. The hallway ceilings had water damage, the stairwells were all torn up - it was a mess."

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely...

"We stayed for one night while passing through Orlando. Our room was clean, staff were professional however, the hotel is lacking in toiletries such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap. I did not see a blowdryer. There was only one hanger. And I did not see a coffee pot. Otherwise, the basics were available."

"This was our 2nd time staying at Alhambra Villas. The property is well maintained and close enough to orlando and all of the attractions, while being far enough to still be quiet and enjoyable. Our room was better than expected (and we already had high expectations). We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and it was basically an apartment. There were pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, and full sets of plates and glassware. We also had a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Overall 100/10....

"No longer provide coffee in room - must go to dining room. It is free, but very inconvenient. They have two machines that only make coffee when you put in your “order.” So you will wait during busy times. I booked two rooms and put notes to that effect on BOTH reservations. Still weren’t together at check in. Limited parking. Lot totally full when we returned in the evening. Had to park in adjacent business parking. That’s not okay. "
