"An unbelievably hot room. Hotel staff claimed (when we complained that it was impossible to sleep due to the heat) that the hotel has no air-conditioning. Room temperature was in the high 20 degrees centigrade at 3am, in early May - presumably sun had been shining through the large glass windows all day."

"The location was convenient, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. 1. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, which made communication inconvenient. 2. The shampoo bottle was completely empty, apparently left over from previous guests, so I could not even wash my hair. 3. There was a towel left on the bathroom floor near the shower area when I entered the room, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and whether the room had been properly cleaned. 4. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and surprisingly there were almost no vegetables available. Overall, the hotel experience did not meet the expected standard for cleanliness and basic room maintenance."

"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."
