Stayed after a BethelWoods concert. Property and rooms very clean. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

Super clean. Very clean. Loved my room. Cool art deco style, comfortable mattress and fresh linens and towels. Wish list pool or hot tub and television would be awesome addition to this great small town resort/hotel

Cool Hotel near the River

Such a great property. Excellent location and ability to walk over the bridge in a few minutes to Narrowsburg bars and restaurants a huge plus!

Great winter weekend getaway stay at The Darby. Friendly staff, and modest, but, clean rooms. There are a couple of small hiking paths adjacent to the hotel that are perfect for dogs. The town of Narrowsburg is an easy walk from the hotel and offers a variety of food options, cute shops and a local brewery.

Well stocked bar. Fantastic staff members, such as, the manager and bartender. Love the deep tub. Could use a little steam cleaning but overall a very good experience. Would definitely go back. Area is very quaint and lovely. Close to shops, eatery and trails.

Small, nice, clean hotel. Perfect jumping off point for Pocono region. Bridge across to NY State just past the entrance to hotel. Easy walk to dining options and micro brewery. Hotel bar opened at 5 on Saturday.

Very comfortable clean place that's obviously been upgraded to a cool retro vibe. Cozy bar, pool table area, stand of umbrellas ready to lend on rainy days, unusual framed artwork as well as fun gift items for sale. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly and took care of things we requested with a smile. The facility is old, but clean and maintained quite well. We enjoyed the Darby fire pit with friends. Located a short walk to Narrowsburg and shopping, food and drink and a cool little brewery!

This hotel is expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small; no tv in your room; what they call a ‘light’ breakfast is really just a couple pieces of fruit and a handful of muffins; walls are very thin; and room was very musty smelling. However, the rooms were nicely decorated in a retro mid-century modern way.

Excellent stay!!

This place is superb! We arrived to home baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, which were delicious! The grounds were super cute. We napped in the hammocks, made s’mores in the fire pit, and slept soundly in the cozy rooms. It’s also a couple blocks from a cute strip of town with nice shops and bites. We’d love to return!

This place a little gem nestled in beautiful forest landscape. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The hotel had many cozy and confortable seating areas inside and outside. A good basic breakfast and great bar. The town is walking distance and has many little well curated shops and great. restaurants. Would love to be back. The staff, specially Leon was amazing

We had a great couple of nights at hotel Darby. The staff were all super friendly and we met the new owner who was great and has a great vision for the property. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the indoor fireplace at nights. Hope to return, perhaps with a group to better enjoy all the facilities at the property. Thank you hotel Darby.

No tv in rooms all furniture is old have to watch tv in 1 certain room it was a senior citizens housing at one time and was worse hotel I ever stayed in and well overpriced would not recommend to anyone

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located within walking distance to downtown Narrowsburg. It was also a convenient location to the concert venue we attended. Other than no TV in our room our stay was pleasant. We meet other couples at the hotel that attended the same concert.

We came to the area for a concert @ Bethel Woods which is a 20 minute drive. The Darby was a nice find, very clean, very comfortable beds and linens which is key. The room was small but well designed. They have some nice amenities such as a bar, game room, outdoor area with fire pit and chairs. The next morning we walked across the bridge to New York State and a great coffee shop, that was 900’ feet from The Darby. Recommended!

Observation: lovely quiet location, with beautiful scenery. I will note however if you want to have a quiet getaway notion go during the week, because there are social activities on the weekends. Liked: Intimate boutique style was nice, the pastry breakfast was convenient. Loved the styling of the decor, with so many places to sit and chat. Disliked: the pillows were very flat, and the we're a good amount of spiderwebs.

FANTASTIC ALL THE WAY AROUND. Bed was comfortable. Room was spotless. Continental breakfast was tasty. The two people who were in charge ran the entire place with no problem, and kept a,sm8le on their face the entire time. I threw darts, enjoyed bonfires because the wood and firestarters are included in the price of the room. Its perfect for little get away. I absolutely will be staying there again in the future

Very expensive for what it is. Rooms have no separation from the bar area and had people running and screaming down the halls at midnight. No staff onsite to assist and no response when we reached out the next day. Disappointing, a beautiful area but for the price of a nice hotel with the experience of a poorly run hostel.
