"We stayed here as a family and chose Embassy Suites because we’ve generally had reliable experiences, especially with the included breakfast. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, which we appreciated.
However, this one was somewhat disappointing.
The biggest concern was the breakfast on our first morning, I saw a roach in the muffins, which completely turned me off from eating there for the rest of our stay.

"Room is dated and you can hear everything around and above you. All the facilities other than the pool are pretty worn down and dated. Ice machine areas are falling apart due to water damage. Our first night, they also had to shut off the water for the building and water was not usable for the night. "

"Celebrating the kids Spring Break in San Diego was awesome! Our stay here at the Embassy was perfect. Jenisha at the sports restaurant was very nice and took great care of us. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning! Donna, Erica and Ineigo were all so great! We will definitely be staying here again! I was thankful for the daily clean towels. The only thing was the left trash in the room. But overall it was a great stay. Thank you guys so much for everything! "

"This place was pretty good. We had left a terrible hotel and stayed here instead. It shares a parking lot with Panera. The best are comfy, it isn’t too noisy. I do wish they had better blind in the front. You can see who walks near your door. I don’t think they can see it though."

"Hot tub good. Pool good. Lobby needs brighter lighting or just more light as its very dark. View if u get the right one is nice. But parking 21 dollar fee will make me likely not stay here again esp when they ask me for my ID just to get a new pass when we extended our stay...did you have private equity bean counters squeeze every last penny out? Upset there are no free chargers anymore.
Staff is very nice. Cleaning staff and maintenance guys are awesome. Lady at the bar at night server always...
