"Helpful staff who allowed us to check in early as we were going to a wedding, room was spacious and nice to have 2 balcony doors to open for fresh air. Staff fixed our tv remote promptly and efficiently and were friendly."

"Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes."

"Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay! "

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "

"This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner."

"Poor food menu for dinner the day we checked in. The room was clean but the shower cubicle was too small."

"Took a long time for room service. Not a lot of gluten feee options. Needed 2 bars of soap. But views spectacular, room and location great. Staff were lovely. "
