"Everything was exactly what they said it would be. Very clean open spaces rooms and amenities to die for. They use Dove body products and I have very sensitive skin so I highly recommend you not wasting money on soap. I’m leaving back to dry Vegas and I will miss the hospitality. They could have switched up the breakfast but it was free so it was ok with me. 10:10 recommend"

"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."

"This is definitely my favorite place to stay when visiting Vancleave for dog shows. I've been here about 4 times and its my first choice. The rooms are always clean, nice large field out back to walk my dog in, and nice front desk staff. I like that the shampoo and conditioner provided are now in large, pump bottle for ease of use. And as a solo traveler with a tiny, not scary dog, i feel very safe staying here. All my dog show friends like to stay here now as well. "

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama."

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"The property itself seems to be in a decent area on a service road and near other properties. There were several transients hanging around the property, however, and they were accosting guests (including myself) for money, cigarettes, etc. One even saw me unloading something from my vehicle, and upon seeing me walking back to the building, started casing my vehicle. I initiated my panic button on my key fob to scare them away. That's definitely something management needs to address. The...
