Ótimo lugar para ficar em Marília

Hotel novíssimo, tudo em perfeito estado e um pessoal fantástico na recepção. Tive um problema ao chegar no hotel, pois a central de reserva (do hotel) não havia enviado minha reserva para o hotel, mas o atendente foi muito solicito e resolveu tudo em menos de 5 minutos. Alguns detalhes que aponto são: o controle do ar condicionado que é central (fica grudado na parede, embaixo do ar), durante a noite quando me senti desconfortável com a temperatura eu tive de levantar para regular o ar, mas isso é um apontamento que é muito pessoal; a chave do quarto que não tem uma base para colocar ao entrar no quarto, perdi minha chave dentro do quarto e fiquei procurando pra sair e claro, até clássico, me tranquei pra fora; e por último a acústica do banheiro, os dutos de ar permitiam ouvir e alto e bom som as conversas do quarto ao lado, tv ligada, descarga e assim por diante. mas fechei porta do banheiro e ficou tudo certinho.

O hotel é muito bom, limpo, confortável, incrivelmente perto do Marília shooping ! Próximo do centro, de mercados, bairro excelente! A cama e o edredom são simplesmente perfeitos!!!!!!! Limpeza excelente! Vi muitas reclamações em relação aos funcionários não serem de muita conversa.Pois digo que aí está toda a diferença! Eles te deixam a vontade, nos sentimos em casa sem ter ninguém nos olhando o tempo todo! respondem cordialmente o necessário e nos deixam muito a vontade! Sem dúvida voltando a Marília ficaremos no mesmo hotel! Café da manhã com o necessário para uma boa refeição!

Estadia Agradável

Minha estadia foi boa ,apesar de terem me instalado em um quarto cuja tv a cabo não funcionava e o chuveiro estava desregulado. Prontamente a recepcionista tentou resolver o problema e em seguida me transferiu. O trabalho finalizou antes do domingo e solicitei o estorno da ultima diária,mas infelizmente o hotel recusou meu pedido. fato este que me acarretou um enorme prejuízo, pois a empresa não paga as despesas.

Pena não ter serviço de quarto, nem de estacioname

Pessoal solícito, fui bem atendida pela equipe. Repito o q disse acima, pena não ter serviço de quarto, ajuda para levar e trazer o carro do estacionamento, levar as malas e acompanhar até o quarto para explicar o funcionamento dos equipamentos. Mas qdo solicitei ajuda, fui prontamente atendida, inclusive com relação a troca de apartamento, pois o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Agradável estadia. Indico para conhecidos e voltarei.

Hotel bem localizado perto da rodovia, shopping e hipermercado Conceição. Instalações muito bem conservadas, extremamente confortável a cama King Size e as respectivas roupas de cama. Café da manhã básico, mas atende plenamente as necessidades. Hotel muito utilizado para estadia de trabalho, apesar de eu ter utilizado para lazer na cidade.

Hotel excelente em termos de conservação e limpeza. Renovado e moderno. Quartos agradáveis. Preço justo em relação aos demais da região e café da manhã razoável. Estacionamento gratuito. Perto da estrada para quem pretende apenas fazer uma pernoite. Só não gostamos do atendimento da recepção, que nos causaram transtornos e demora no check-in e check-out, pois aparentemente são muito desorganizados. Não acharam nossa reserva e não se preocuparam em resolver o problema, apenas indicaram que não havia mais quartos e nos mandaram embora. O erro era do próprio hotel.

Descoberta de otima opção na cidade.

O hotel, dentro de sua categoria e na cidade em que esta, é excelente. Já me hospedei em quase todos os existentes na cidade e esse tornou-se uma opção entre as primeiras. Limpeza, tamanho do quarto e da cama, conforto, são alguns dos pontos fortes. Facil acesso à inúmeros lugares. Ao lado do shopping.

Somente não estava completamente higienizado. Encontramos fio dental na cama e um sabonete utilizado. Não reclamamos no momento, pois essa não é nossa forma de agir, mas foi desconfortável.
