"Staff is poor and service is bars tried to get WiFi password multiple times without getting it for a while "

"Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer was just water or tea ( they said it will be a long wait for coffee around noon while I came to breakfast at 7:45am). To sum up, they did not serve what they said due to busy season and I think it is just because they are scam. Not recommended to anyone. "

"Aircon was poor didn’t really work, check in was a bit messy and the owners didn’t really help out any more than the bare minimum View was pretty good though and the room was clean and comfy other than the air conditioning "

"Communication was very poor. All staff spoke very little English and we had a very strange and unprofessional check in process. We were given very little information and the staff at the reception area to our building were only there for a couple of hours first thing in the morning. There were very few food options, and it was either excessively expensive for a buffet or very standard food at a separate restaurant. On our final day, a huge group of school children appeared at the hotel and were extremely loud, creating massive queues for the lifts and the “private beach” was used for some sort of sports day. All the kids then walked in sandy wet clothes around the hotel and in the lifts. We also had issues with having our room cleaned and again found this very difficult to communicate with anyone as they all needed to use a translation tool to communicate. Definitely not what we expected for such a massive hotel, being advertised as a fancy 5 star place. We expected a peaceful and smooth stay, which is the exact opposite of what we got!"
