"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel."

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots.
