"I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure."

"The staff at reception were excellent. A friend and I stayed in a twin room for one night - huge room with views of the lake. After one night we left our luggage to head off for one night.
