"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...
