"First of all, this is a very quiet hotel in the bustling city of Rome. Even the Taxi cab that drove us there admitted this you get out of the daily hum of the touristy area. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was really good and they gave us cappuccinos and coffees espresso that we didn’t have to pay for. And all the water we asked for. "Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. "Very good location overall. Rooms are very nice. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star was that I was staying at the 4th floor and the building has no elevator. Also, the bathroom itself has no a/c, so it was quite hot unlike the temperature of the room itself."
