"Hotel and room were clean overal. Good location. Staff was quiet and a bit reserved, not overly friendly. Not unfriendly but not overly welcoming. The duplex room is a no-go; no view whatsoever, upper part of the room too hot and AC could not handle. Bed very comfortable. Elevator too slow every time. Nice esthetics overall, good location, but that’s it."

"I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit."

Har aldri følt meg så godt ivaretatt på et hotell før, med ypperlig service, god mat, smilende og utrolig hjelpsomt personale. Pizzarestauranten i «kjelleren» må også prøves! "Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return."

"This beautiful little house is like the best kept secret in bergamo. It's near a lot of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were so clean and you can see the Craftsmanship in each room. The subaquatic theme is very cosy and I felt right at home. Simone is a very great host with the best breakfast, he makes croissants fresh in the morning and they are so perfect, flakey and soft on the inside. My boyfriend and I are definitely going back again when we go to bergamo...

"Really nice room and facilities, super helpful staff. Excellent location beside the station and convenient for bus to Citta Alta. A fridge in our room would have been useful as weather was very warm. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the option to make a juice from fresh ingredients."

"Très proche gare de Bergame, à 25 min de marche de la ville haute. A 3 min de marche d'un grand supermarché. Propreté exceptionnelle et beaux espaces à l'intérieur. Le balcon était pour moi un gros plus."

"The owner was very obliging and helpful(we had a broken chair that they were unaware of and was soon replaced). The guest house was very quiet,rooms lovely and very spacious(we stayed in a quadruple room). The manager gave helpful advice and booked our airport taxi which arrived on time,only ever a call or text away. 10 mins from train station and very central to all restraunts and shops. Highly recommend."
