"This is an amazing resort. What makes it even more special is that the staff are caring and go out of their way to make the resort a 5star resort. It’s a must stay on my Costa Rica list of best stays. "

"The room was minuscule and claustrophobic without any windows the staff was indifferent all the chairs cushions were totally wet and although I hosted a week in advance I had to leave after one night and find a new place to stay. I wrote management to request a partial refund and had no response."

"My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was supposed to have an ocean view but really did not have even a partial ocean view. Aside from that everything was excellent, service was great, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious, and the view from the pool was lovely. We had nice treatments from the spa as well. I enjoyed the birds on the property and especially appreciated the Scarlet macaw and rehabilitation program and reserve on the property. "
