"We rented a car and could park right in front. The property manager never received reservation from Orbitz and we had a hard time contacting him upon arrival. Had to borrow the bike rental neighboring business’ phone to call him. He doesn’t receive payment from Orbitz either and we had to go back and forth to dispute. Cheap place to stay if you just want to quick overnighter with no frills."

"Room was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful spot. Host was great! Only thing I could suggest is the proper amount of towels for the amount of guests booked. We only had two towels for three guests. But this doesn’t affect how we feel about the place! Great stay!"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! "Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."

"Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."
