"Hotel Prince Avila is located in a perfect place, close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. The parking space was a big plus for me. Irina at the front desk was very helpful regarding places to see and visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very polite and greeted everyone with a smile Overall was a good experience. "Amazing place to stay very close to a lot of things walkable distance, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was stressful was that it’s a busy road and hard to locate ur uber because there is no parking and the front of the hotel is in front of a busy road. But everything was great."

"Will be staying here every time we come to Lisbon. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are a little small but the bathroom is very roomy and the room is more than big enough. The breakfast is a great value. Delicious with a lot of options. The staff was very friendly and informative and we felt so comfortable right away. The location is near absolutely everything. I can’t think of a thing I would change. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
