Hotel is not well located and the area aroud has not options in regards of dining, shopping or entreteinment. Also the area the hotel is at is not too clean or nice to be at during the night. Staff at the hotel is friendly and willing to help.

bueno no le dan atencion al cliente, pedi otra almohada y no dieron decia no que podian, las tener que dejar la llave para hacer la limpieza y como no la dejaba no me limpiaron la habitacion ni el baño mas en el desayuno es medido no te dan mas porcion de los que ellos te dan.. atencion con eso no fue buena mi visista en el lugar no lo recomiendo

El lugar es comodo. Pero su staff es realmente increible. La persona que hace rl check in fue muy amable en darme direcciones sobre que hacer y ayudandome a sentirme segura durante mi estadia . La persona de mantenimiento (eso creo) busco un taxi para mi , anoto todos sus datos y se aseguro de montarme hasta las maletas! Tambien me ayudo con mis problemas del wifi. Desearia recordar sus nombres, pero hicieron de mi estadia un dia genial lleno de atenciones. El lugar queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, es limpio, comodo, tienen muy buen wifi y de nuevo un excelente personal! 😄😄😄

Muy atento y agradable el personal, en general, excelente la limpieza, lo único que cambiaría sería la ubicación de la habitación, la pedí con ventanas y el ruido es demaciado, me lo advirtio el recepcionista, pero no le hice caso.

Horroroso!

No sé ni por dónde empezar! Zona: fatal no transmite nada de confianza El personal se encuentra tras un cristal encerrados detrás del q apenas se oye lo que ya como toma de contacto no transmite nada de confianza. Habitación: sin ventana al exterior, el ventanuco diminuto da al pasillo en el que nunca se apaga la luz El ruido continuo por la noche, tanto del perro del hotel como del personal hablando entre ellos por walkie talkie dan la sensación de estar en una cárcel. La ventilación es nula ya que no hay ventanas ni bocas de aire en ningún lado. La puerta no encaja bien y bate toda la noche. La cama es básicamente piedra y’a que el colchón es un bloque de plástico (la almohada también por cierto). Había hormigas en una de las camas. El cuarto de la ducha (si así se le puede llamar) solamente tiene agua fría y es un chorro grueso. Desayuno: no hay nada de opciones. Básicamente es un caldo uno huevos y unas tostadas quemadas hechas con pan duro... Vamos un desastre ! Para colmo el personal tampoco es que sea de lo más amable y servicial.
