"Everything was excellent"

"The most beautiful, modern hotel with amazing staff in downtown Louisville! I would definitely choose this hotel every time for future stays. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was perfect. Very clean and smells amazing. The rooftop restaurant/lounge served the BEST burger I’ve ever had, suggested by a gentleman at the front desk upon check in. "

"Rooms we not ready. Very small and old. Nothing like the room we had in Indiana by the same name. "

"It's an old Hotel, well kept but to me doesn't meet today's standards. Nice bathroom, OK bed. I did not like the area, lots of homeless and buildings that are not occupied. Did not venture to go for a walk anywhere. In general it looks like Louisville is going downhill. Churchill Downs experience was excellent. No simple breakfast, only expensive at the Hotel Lobby."

"Location was within walking distance to a vast selection of shops, eatery's, entertainment. Wonderful historical setting. Rooms very clean and bed was soooo comfortable I would highly recommend stellar inn!! "

"Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! "

"It's my fault for not realizing the balconies facing the river are also located above the highway. I was not able to sit outside in the night or morning due to the insane traffic noise. Again, my fault for not researching more. Paid a premium rate for the room and couldn't even use it. "

"This hotel is in such a great location and is within walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques, bars, etc! Super clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. "

"This may be my favorite among all the hotels I’ve stayed in. My room was SO quiet. It’s the size of a small apartment & it was nice to have space to spread out. Staff was friendly & professional. I love the CVS with a connecting door to the lobby. So convenient! Breakfast was great. I had a custom omelet. The meeting room was spacious & we didn’t hear any outside noise. I have zero complaints about this property. Everything is top notch."

"Great stay. We recommend. Quick checkin. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Nice studio with everything you need. Self parking simple and reasonable for downtown location. Everything was walkable for us, but we did walk 4.5 miles on full day out. "

"Great hotel, great staff. The traffic noise from the street on the outside of the building is tough to ignore at night. Very minor issue: the car charger in the garage is for Tesla only, but I was able to find a charger on the street"
