"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Arriving at the Showboat Hotel our room was not acceptably clean. The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. "Whilst the location was good and the staff at the ice cream counter were lovely, there were no dedicated Motel staff anywhere and our room, along with the amenities, turned out to be very disappointing. There was garbage under the bed. The bed sheet was not tucked underneath the mattress, so i had to ‘make’ the bed to stop it from ridding up. "The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars was absolutely fantastic. Our room was very clean. The complimentary glass of wine at check in and the bottle in our room were both a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the bottle sitting on our balcony overlooking the grapevines as well as the lake. We would highly recommend staying there. "
