"The location is beautiful the rooms very clean however we had broken drawers and TV didn’t work no hot water some staff helpful other staff just commented that there were worse things around hotel other than no tv or hot water Food was beautiful bar staff lovely there was a family room to take kids but couldn’t get in as full of same adults overnight I think if you advertise family room it should be for families and not adults wanting to play pool all the time"

"The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again."

"If you are thinking about visiting Barmouth, the Seascape is absolutely the best place to stay. My husband and I stayed at the Seascape in Barmouth for 3 days, and we could not have had a better experience. We had a Seaview, and it was beautiful; every morning we enjoyed our coffees in the lovely seating area in our room, looking out onto the sea! The bed was sooo comfortable; at home I wake up every morning with a bit of a backache, but for the two nights we stayed here, not an ache or pain. The shower in our room was amazing! The rooms are clean and large, and with a fridge in the room, we were able to buy and bring our own food as well. By far, the BEST thing about the Seascape are Shona and Bash, our hosts and new friends!!! They are amazing, and absolutely everything you want in a host; they go out of their way to make sure their guests are well looked after...no request is too much. Shona and Bash are wonderful guests, and more importantly to my husband and I, genuinely beautiful people!"

"The hot tub trailer that we had was beautiful. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant after our arrival.We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, the rain hitting the metal roof was so relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The experience start to finish was wonderful and we will definitely come back for a longer duration next time."
