Excellent place to stay!

We were very happy with the accommodation here having a fully equipped kitchen and fridge/freezer. The fact it was walking distance from the station and all the sights was a bonus.

Great place , central to everything. Ruggerio was more than helpful nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast and easy walk from the station. Barletta is gorgeous

Da ich schon sehr früh ankam war ich sehr dankbar, dass ich bereits früher einchecken durfte. Die Kommunikation funktionierte schnell und verständlich über WhatsApp. Die Einrichtung hat mir gefallen, dennoch hat es einen schmudelligen Eindruck gemacht. Das Bad war schmutzig. Leider. In der kleinen Küche befanden sich alle Utensilien wie Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Auf meine wiederholte Frage wo man das Frühstück bekäme antwortete man mir, dass sich dieses bereits in meinem Raum befindet. 2 kleine verpackte Küchlein, 3 Zwieback, 3 kleine verpackte Marmeladen, eine Espressomaschine gefüllt mit ein wenig Wasser und 2 kleine Tetrapak Orangengetränk. Das ist kein Frühstück. Ich hatte es als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Kaffee verstanden. Das war ein wenig ärgerlich, da ich aufgrund von Frühstück hier gebucht hatte. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig und der kleine Balkon mit Blick in die Gasse wirklich sehr schön.

Iniziamo subito con dire grazie al titolare che ci ha permesso di entrare in anticipo nel b&b. La posizione del b&b è a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni, dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Barletta quindi ottima. La stanza è silenziosa e comoda, adatta per poter riposare dopo una giornata di mare o di turismo. La pulizia era ottima e il trovare cialde per il caffè e degli snack per fare colazione è stata una gradita sorpresa. Inoltre c'era tutto il necessario per poter cucinare da soli quello che si voleva. L'appartamento era suddiviso in due piani, con al pieno superiore un letto singolo e una terrazza privata che abbiamo usato molto spesso. Unica pecca del b&b in generale e della camera sono le scale... Strette e ripide per arrivare in camera (scomode solamente avendo il trolley grande) e le scale a chiocciola interne per salire in terrazza. Consiglio questo b&b.

A szállás dohos nyirkos volt. A berakott páraelszívó olyan zajos volt, hogy ki kellett kapcsolni. A szállást nem lehet szellőztetni. Az "édes olasz reggeli" az első nap a konyhában hagyott pár darab tartósított csomagolt süti volt. Ez értékelhetetlen. Amúgy jó helyen, központi, de csendes hely.

De accomodatie was compleet. De locatie ook goed dichtbij het station en de binnenstad. Het is ruim opgezet met apart een slaapkamer en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het ontbijt zie ik als extra dus dit was een super plus. Lekkere koekjes, cakes en koffie. Bedankt! De host is ook erg gastvrij en serviceverlenend.

La casa è stata comoda e accogliente, in particolare ho apprezzato moltissimo la qualità del letto, davvero confortevole. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e ben organizzata, così come la presenza di una macchinetta per il caffè che offre un espresso di ottima qualità. La cucina è minimal ma funzionale, perfetta per preparare l’essenziale durante il soggiorno.

It was very central and an apartment typical of the area. We loved the mix of old and new and especially our rooftop balcony. Great value. Would stay again. Our host was welcoming and stored our bags after checkout .

Мини уютненький отельчик в уютном же для проживания районе Барлетты.В шаговой доступности практически всё:море,старый город,вокзал,продуктовые магазины и кафешки.У нас был номер студия 40 кв.м.на втором этаже с малюсеньким балкончиком,с ванной и кухней со всем необходимым кухонным инвентарём.Балкон оборудован сушкой с прищепками для просушки пляжных принадлежностей.Слышимость в номере хорошая,но соседи попались не шумные.WiFi устойчивый,хороший.

Loft Bem Cuidado

O simpático proprietário responde rapidamente quando solicitado. Permitiu e esperou pacientemente um check-in além da hora pré-determinada e deu dicas de estacionamento. A acomodação é um loft muito bem organizado e decorado com camas confortáveis, situado em área silenciosa. Bom custo-benefício.
