"Great location for getting the metro, nice little park next to it, supermarket. Linked hotel very helpful. Lack of food places to eat around. For what we needed as a family and to get into city centre perfect. "

"The management company demands city tax payment prior to providing check in instructions despite us showing proof of multiple attempts at paying by credit card while walking the Camino 😥. We had already paid for the apartment and the city tax was a nominal amount. To be fair some of the team members were better at customer service than others who used more militant tone in thei communications for this city tax payment. Perhaps an opportunity for improving check in process and retraining team on...

"The room was small and long way from Barcelona it cost lot on Taxi fees. There and back.the breakfast was bad. The meal we bought the night before was very good but free breakfast was very bad tasting and not what we were not usually eating in USA."
