"The room was clean and just the right amount of stay for a couples vacation. The area is great, quiet and quick access to the metro and bus routes. All in all you are a bit away from the tourist areas which is great for sleep and not more than a 10-15 min metro ride to most if not all major attractions."

"First time here, I believe the hotel only opened at the start of 2026. The hotel itself is very nice, all very modern and nice looking. Rooms aren’t huge but all clean :) My key stopped working and you have to use your key to use the lifts so I was stuck on floor 19…I walked down the stairs…to find you need a key to access the reception floor so I went back up to the gym and asked a randomer to press the lift to 0 for me. "Got to the place very tired after a long flight…..room was hot….and the thermostat was set very warm. Requires a key to drop the temp. My wife found a room attendant who immediately told her that as soon as we paid her….she would drop the temp but not u til she got some cash. iPad it as needed air….Wife was appalled and wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed"

"There was little room to put our clothes and suitcases. Communication requires cell phone availability that many traveler's may not have due to roaming charges. Location is excellent. Staff at sister hotel were super helpful and caring."
