"We awoke each morning to the smell of croissants baking and fresh brewed coffee. Agostino and his parents were very attentive. Offering us suggestions on places to visits. The room was spotless, with lovely Italian linens. We both love to walk, it was just a 15 minute walk to the old town, and also conveniently located on a bus route. We would stay here again! "

"Francesco was a wonderful host. He kept us well informed and responded promptly when I had questions. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. For breakfast, we had a tasty ham and cheese omlet one day and a bagel with salmon and avocado another day. The self serve coffee maker was a nice touch for an early morning cup of cappuccino. Everything was close and within walking distance even to the train station. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this B&B. Thank you Francesco...

"It was a great fing in Florence just couple of minutes on Major attractions 1 block from ponche de vecchio. Very convenient. Plus it has an elevator. Look at the window you can see the Arno river. I will recommend "

"Large rooms and in an excellent location! A bit far from the train station, but they offer a shuttle service, which is pricey but worth it if you have lots of luggage! The streets are not smooth, so if you have anything more than a backpack I would recommend the shuttle!"

"Beautiful B&B with a great breakfast area, garden, large room/bathroom and fantastic staff! Agatha at the front desk was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to! And the owner Simone did a beautiful job decorating, there were tasteful signs all over the property in English/Italian indicating the location of things and suggestions for local things to do in the city. So amazing! The Wi-Fi was very fast, as well."
