C’est pas sérieux

On nous avons promis linge et serviette de toilettes draps télévision Piscine extérieure chauffée piscine couverte spa. Rien de tout çà nous a été fourni: 1 seule serviette pour 3 personnes 0 draps La télévision mais sans télécommande qui coûtait 35 € La pisinine extérieure n’etait pas fonctionnelle L’interieure inexistante Le spa avait ete privatisé depuis décembre Bref soyez prevenu entre la therie et la pratique on fait le grand ecart ici Ils m’ont prétexté que c’était hotel.com qui avait menti. Ces derniers m’ont demandé des justificatifs de ce que j’avancais a leur renvoyer en pdf uniquement De qui se fout on? Ils ne m’y reprendront pas et j’espère que vous aussi

tres tres decevant

on s'attend a un superbe complexe et non mediacre, installation rustique necessaire de nettoyage neant, balai sale, couette sale oreillers sale.menage a la prise des lieu pas fait. Aucune animation aucune organisation. Installation de piscine inadaptée au nombre d'occupants. aucun point de vente comme un point chaud par exemple je connais des campings beaucoup plus adapté a de la clientelle.

Mal WIFI y necesita urgente A/C en habitaciones

Hotel con muy mal internet. sólo funciona en las áreas públicas, aun cuando publicitan que las habitaciones tienen wifi gratuito. además, las habitaciones NO cuentan con aire acondicionado y son muy calurosas.

Décevant

Très déçue par le manque de propreté, l'hôtel était loin d'être complet. La vaisselle était sale, la table sur le balcon était verte de mousse, donc impossible de manger à l’extérieur... Carton rouge pour le cuicinier du restaurant du golf, on nous a servi du magret de canard froid et lorsque nous avons gentillement demandé à ce qu'il soit chaud, on nous a rendu une assiette brûlante mais le magret était toujours aussi froid quant à lui.Par contre les serveuses ont relevé le niveau en nous faisant un geste commercial. Bref expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas dans cet endroit.

A essayer à nouveau mais au printemps ou en été

Belle location (Bon rapport qualité / prix), mais en hiver à déconseiller. Wifi gratuit mais uniquement dans les parties communes toutes fermées en cette saison (resto, bar...). Piscine intérieure (interdite au moins de 16 ans) et en partie privatisée pour des cours. Pb techniques signalés et non réparés durant la semaine de séjour, et il ne s'agissait que d'une ampoule défectueuse. Et pour les visites : tout est fermé en cette saison chateaux, moulins, musées....

Propre et confortable

Arrivée tardive, la clef de la chambre à disposition, j'ai pu me reposer après une rude journée. Ma voisine ayant eu un problème avec sa clef magnétique, le veilleur de nuit est intervenu avec efficacité et rapidité.

Mediocre stay

This resort room seemed fairly run down and needing some TLC. for instance the coffee table had lost its bottom shelf but the screw had been left sticking out! The bedroom was cramped the bed hard and the pillows even harder. Plus point there was a fridge to cool the wine!

Je n y ai passé que une nuit . Arrivee tard de nuit très difficile de se repérer qd on ne connait pas les lieux malgré le plan laissé avec le passe à l accueil . Bon lit mais mauvaise nuit à cause de la chaleur . Pas de climatisation pas de ventilateur .il serait bon en été que les volets soient fermés.

Très déçu par le logement. Nous avons été gêné par une odeur désagréable et persistante pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Dès l'entrée dans la pièce principale une senteur nauséabonde et encore pire à l'ouverture du réfrigérateur. Impossible à évacuer même après avoir cuisiné. Il n'y a pas de guide d'accueil. Par exemple, pour l'évacuation des poubelles, aucune information visible, uniquement des pancartes près de certains locaux pour indiquer qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un local poubelle sans pour autant indiquer où trouver le fameux local poubelle. Les pédiluves des piscines sont dégoutants, on ose à peine y tremper les pieds avant d'aller dans la piscine. Le seul point positif pourrait être le domaine avec le golf qui est plutôt agréable. La prestation n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.

village de vacance à fuir en hivers

Hotel organisé pour la saison estivale mais pas en hiver, en effet pas de petit dej avant 8h30 alors qu'on devait être à 35 km à 9H00. De plus les chambres étaient totalement froide avec 5°, même si le chauffage avait été allumé plusieurs heures avant. La cafetière n'avait pas été nettoyé et il n'y avait rien pour le faire.

Moyen pour un court séjour.

Tres bon hôtel pour un long séjour car studios ont des cuisines équipés avec tous les ustensiles . Par contre pas pratique pour un court séjour d'une nuit, pas de restaurant le soir ni pour le petit déjeuner du matin ... Pas d'accueil après 19h non plus même si toutes les infos m'ont été données par téléphone.
