"The room was clean. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, roomy and comfortable. Great view. Breakfast in the Lounge was tasty. Cool looking model ship."

"Shower only had cold water, older looking rooms in need of an update, not enough pillows and pillows were small. Toilet roll fixture was broken. Was charged extra once we arri ed at the hotel to stay in the main wing of the hotel (this extra charge wasn't advertised on Expedia anywhere, so it was surprisingly when the front desk informed us that would be the case."
